Returns, Refunds & Claims
Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to one year, beginning the day your order arrives at your home.
Please note that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.
Solid wood pieces may experience warping, cracking, and splitting due to environmental conditions, such as changes in humidity. If these pieces have not been properly maintained as per our care recommendations, they will not fall under our warranty.
Fading, pilling, and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings, and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and/or a lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.
Our warranty is non-transferable, and does not extend to products that are used for commercial purposes, unless those products are listed as commercial grade.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all our orders. If the product comes with manufacture defects, we are here to help. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Important: Once the payment is made there are no cancellations because all our products are custom made, this means that once an order is placed and payment is made, the seller immediately begins the production process.
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you (The furniture has a defect or isn’t what you expected), we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
Please note that the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer, with products received back to our warehouse or offices within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. Just like most return policies, we are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned.
Please note: All exchanges must be made with the original packaging.
Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the new item costs less than the one you are exchanging, we’ll refund the difference in credit on our shop, then, you can buy other items. If it costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange.
If the product comes with manufacture defects, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Our team is happy to help.
You can return your product if it has a factory defect. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.

Please note: All returns must be made with the original STF packaging or any package to protect the furniture.
Once the item is back at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund in credit in our store 30 days after we receive the products and it was in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in less than-perfect condition, please get in touch. To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product taken from various angles and distances. If possible, include photos of the box the product arrived in, as it may have been damaged during transport. If the issue can’t be documented with photos, short videos are also welcome.
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from a product’s date of delivery. If you experience issues with your STF Home piece, please let our team know. You have one year warranty for defective issues, not water damage, cuts, or damages made by the client.
Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the STF Home warranty.
DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen, and while instances of damage in the home or delivery are not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide cleaning and care tips, and repair advice when possible.
