What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
 
It is safe to provide my credit card and personal information online?
It is safe to use your credit card on our website. All private information is transferred using financial institutions' encryption and physical security.
 
What does the estimated time for processing my order?
We have an estimated time to process, manufacture and delivery an order of 45-60 business days.

 

Do your products come ready to assemble?
Many items are ready-to-assemble. A large majority of hardwood home furnishings come flat-packed, for ease of transportation at reduced costs. Some items come already assembled. 

Can I change the fabric or building materials of a product?
Our design collections are only offered in the materials, sizes and colours displayed on our website.

 

Can I cancel my order? 
All our furniture are custom made, that's mean once you process your payment we can not cancel your order. Once a custom order has entered production cancellation is no longer possible and balance paid cannot be refunded. 

 

Can I return an item?
You can return the items purchased only if they have manufacture damages. Make sure that we are only able to accept returned items in the original package and in new condition. The return shipment would need to be independently arranged and all associated costs covered by the customer.  

My order has been delayed further than I expected, what are my options?
While product delays are outside of our control, we will always notify you when they occur so you know when to expect your order. We have some pieces in stock so if you are unable to wait please take a look to our section 'Ready To Ship' to make your purchase.
 
How do I know how much my order will cost?
Final calculation of taxes and shipping charges are shown in the last stage of your checkout process. Please note if you are out of Canada may apply customs, duty fees or import taxes at delivery time. These charges are determined by your local customs office and may vary depends on the nature of the goods and destination country regulations.

 

Do you offer assembly assistance?
Yes! In the most of the cities of Canada we can provide the extra service of assembly your furniture. Please contact us to know more about rates and details.

 

Are all of your products Canadian made?
STF Home & Furniture is a proudly Canadian company. We provide some products made in Canada and some imported from trusted vendors around the world.
 
Do you offer discounts for Interior Designers?
Yes!  If you're an interior designer, decorator, home stager, architect, or other design professional, please contact us to give you special discounts.
